A PIM register issue raised in the mboned wg
occuring when scope(RP) > scope(S)
not an issue with unicast SLs having been deprecated
("S" is now link-local or global)
will be addressed in a separate BCP draft
as a general issue on "local-use" addresses with PIM
by Nidhi Bhaskar, Dave Thaler, and Brian Haberman

The authors have no other outstanding issues
