Build and Install BIND9

Get it from ISC
ftp://ftp.isc.org/isc/bind9/9.3.1/bind-9.3.1.tar.gz

It is basically very easy:
just do: unpack -> configure -> make -> make install

Configure named
(some prefix)/named.conf file

Set up rndc
rndc-confgen
save the output in "rndc.conf"
copy the comment lines to named.conf
