Start BIND9 named

Just run "named"
run in background

For the first time / diagnosing
-g: run in foreground, dump logs to stderr
-d N: set debug level to N (1-99)
try "named -g -d 99"

Specify non-default configuration file
-c config_file
particularly for debugging/testing
