Command for update: nsupdate
invoke it with the key file (-k keyfile)
(do not use the -y option)
input update instructions per line
    % nsupdate -k Kjinmei.dyn.toshiba.com.+157+30187.
    > server 203.178.141.194 <- optional
    > update add jinmei.dyn.toshiba.com. 3600 A 1.2.3.4
    > send  <- or blank line
    > quit
