If a journal file exists...
restarted/reloaded named will refer to the journal file only
the original zone file is updated periodically

How to restart from the scratch
1. rndc stop (dump the latest changes to the original file)
2. remove the journal file
3. restart

rndc freeze/thaw
temporarily prohibit dynamic update
