Dinner. We (Steve, Miyakawa-san and I) went to a famous Korean BBQ restaurant
(or as known as "yakiniku" in Japan)
"turuiti" (turu = crane, iti = one)",
the restaurant to which I have personally been hoping to go.
Sitirin (clay cooking stove)
beef tongue with salt.
beef sirloin.
"hormone set". (a combination of beef stomach, intestines, heart,
liver, etc.)
"Yukke" (a Korean raw beef food. I don't know which part
is used for this.)
"Kalbi" (boned rib).
"bibinba".
(steamed rice with vegetables and meat in a hot, stone(?) pot.)
